He is survived by: his parents, Raymond "Dale" and Kim Fisher (Appling) of North Springfield, PA; his sister Donya Moore (Paul) of Lake City, PA; his sibling's children, Darah Appling, Alyssa Moore, Paige Moore, Coltin and Coty Moore; and his girlfriend Kerri Konkel. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and more distant relatives.
