He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lester, Helen Tharp, Daniel and Carol Sullivan; and his uncle Benjamin Tharp.
He is survived by: his parents, Daniel A. Sullivan and Nancy Tharp Sullivan of Conneaut; his siblings, Bryan Sullivan of Conneaut and Katy Sullivan of Lyndhurst; and his friends, Joe, Jen, Stacy, Chris and Ryan Cevera. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
