She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Godzsak and Louise Paulinsky Godzsak; her husband Raymond J. Campbell; and her siblings, Louise Potter, Edward Godzsak and Alex Godzsak.

She is survived by: her children, Raymond J. Campbell (Kurt) of Brunswick, Lisa Dalrymple (Scott) of Conneaut and Karen Jones (Mark) of Brunswick, Ohio..

Memorial contributions in Betty's memory can be made to Corpus Christi Parish Building Fund or the American Cancer Society.
