He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Erkkila; his daughters, Jane Hart (Roy) of Lancaster, OH, Lori Crossmock (John) of Springfield, IL and Ellen Smith (Thad) of Marietta, GA.; his grandchildren, Bethany Lambert (Matthew), Stephen Hart (Jocelyn), Cheryl Marynowski (Patrick), Linda Riley (Charles), Zachary Smith (Deremier) and Alyssa Smith; and his brother Melvin Fundermark of Mentor, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
