With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine C. Shannon of Conneaut, Ohio, born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 28, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Campbell and Janet Campbell (Durborow); her husband Phillip Shannon; and her son Kevin Hockenberry. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Hockenberry (Kelly), Kimberly Pifer, Mark Shannon, Kathy Tinker, Karla Ransom (Donald), Kary Hockenberry, Coralie Laughner (Mark), Sean Shannon, Ross Shannon and Eighteen; and her brother William Campbell (Mercedes). She is also survived by Eighteen grandchildren and thirty-three great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Breast Cancer or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
