He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Garfield and Helen Cotton (Phelps); his former wife Beatrice I. Cotton; his wife Patricia A. Cotton; his children, Darlene Falton and Eugene "Ricky" Cotton; his brother Harry "Dutch" Cotton; and his brother-in-law Albert Gochneaur.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Cotton of Warren, Dorothy Cotton of Florida, Barbara Cotton of Florida, Ken Cotton, Jr. (Tracy) of Dorset and David Cotton (Carla) of Williamsfield; his sisters, Dorothy Delac (Len) and Betty Gochneaur; and his sister-in-law Barbara Cotton. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
