She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dewey and Hazel Dewey (Hill); her husband Max McGrody; her sister Bernadine Childs; her half-brother Rockford Dewey; and her niece Sandra Folliett.
She is survived by: her son James J. "Jim" Irish (Tammi Jury) of Conneaut; her grandchildren, James R. Irish of Monroe Township, John Irish of Clarksburg, WV and Emily Irish of Edinboro, PA; and her great grandchild Liam Lawson.
