She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Bennett and Martha Grace Bennett; her children, Mark Emus and Joy Heasley; and her nephew Ron Emus.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Emus; her children, Dawn Childs, Cliff Emus (Connie), Rae Bulmann (Mike), Paul Emus, Jamie Emus (Crystal) and Seth Emus (Megan); and her sister Shiva Ishaya. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
Memorials in her memory may be given to the Walnut Creek Baptist Church.
