She was predeceased by: her parents, George Moyer and Dorothy Kinney Moyer; her husband Mike Wade; her son Jerry Wade; her siblings, Georgia Moyer, Judy Moyer, Bonnie Moyer, Virginia Marcy, Robert Moyer, Frank Moyer and Charles Moyer; and her granddaughter Laura Wade.
She is survived by: her children, James Wade (Cheryl) of Conneaut and Grace Wade of Conneaut; her sister Marie Heinonen of Conneaut; her grandchildren, Richie Wade (Jessica), Jason Wade (Stephanie), Kimberly Wade, Destiny Pierson (Eric) and Mercedes; her great grandchildren, Autumn, Ty, Addy, Lincoln, Zane, Madison, Gavin, Taya and Logan; and her great great grandchild Liam James. She is also survived by her kids, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
