He was predeceased by: his parents, John Johnston and Lillian Johnston (Teppo); and his children, Keith R. Johnston and Jennifer Brown. He is survived by: his close friend Pearl Ann Curtis; and his children, Renae Tisdale of Clarksville, AK, Beth Stevens (Thomas) of Conneaut, Laura Gutierres of Conneaut, Kathy Mills (Michael) of Conneaut, Julie Curtis-Sanford of Conneaut, Tim Johnston (Candy) of Conneaut and Daniel Curtis of Maryville, TN. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
