He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene W. Lobaugh and Shirley Lobaugh (Smith); and his brother Mark Lobaugh. He is survived by: his fiancé Sharri Simms; his daughter Jennifer Francis (Paul); his brothers, Bill Lobaugh (Lana) and Michael Lobaugh; and his pet Lacy. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter; several nephews; a niece.
