He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Smith (Webster); his sons, Adam Smith of Conneaut, Andrew "Andy" and Christi Smith of Trussville; his grandchildren, Haley Smith, Kyle Smith and Sidney Smith; his siblings-in-law, Stu and Susan Mimken; and his close friend Tucker.
