She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Smith and Martha Smith (Augusta); her husband Hobert I. Dockery; and her sons, Michael and Donald Kingrey.

She is survived by : her children, Charlene, Kathrine Dockery Muncy, Tammy Dockery Snow, Martha Kingrey Altherr (Mickey), Brenda Dockery Bruce, Isaac Dockery, Melinda Kingrey Walker and Shelly Dockery.

Memorial donations may be made to Bridge Hospice or Wood County Hospital.
