She was predeceased by : her parents, George H. Wagner and Nina J. Wagner (Burgett); and her brothers, David Wagner and Roger Wagner. She is survived by : her husband David L. Tingler; her children, Kristina Sell (Jon) of Fayette, Ray Moats, Jr. (Carrie) of West Unity and Todd Moats (Mindy) of Oakwood; and her stepson Shawn Tingler (LaDonna) of Wapakoneta. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
