He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Owens, (Fien) and Wilbert Owens, Sr.; his former wife Judy; his grandson C. J.; his brothers, James, Clarence and Stephen; and his niece Leslie.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Owens; his children, Jerry Owens (Tammy), Becky Cottrill (Herb Dickey) and Rhonda Owens (Eddie Cottrill); his grandchildren, Caleb, Chelsie, Kayla and Mary; and his siblings, Fred Owens (Linda) and Tressa McMullen (Dick). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the White Funeral Home (2817 5th St, Coolville, OH 45723). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
