McDowell (Coates); his son Derrick Shawn McDowell of Cortland; his grandchildren, Delani Kinzig (Jared), Christina Mendenhall (Jeffrey), Karissa and Tyler Milliron; his great grandchildren, Langston Kinzig, Macie and Charlie Mendenhall; and his sister Marilyn Mekeal of Monroe Falls.
