She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Slemenda and Emma Fobes Bequeath; her husband Charles E. Carter; her children, Brian K. Kidwell of Vienna and Sharon Carlson (Robert) of Johnston; her siblings, Bob O. Bequeath and Barbara J. Gatsey; and her grandchildren, Chrisy Garnett, Amanda Holden, Gary Kidwell, Michael Kistler and Laura Stanley. She was also cherished by six great grandchildren.
