She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph "Scotty" Bergin; and her daughter Barbara Billock Warren. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Cilfone (Nick), Patricia Lytton (John), Joseph Bergin (Bonnie) and Michael Bergin.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Frances' name to St John Paul II church at 1401 Moncrest Drive NW, Warren, OH 44485.
