Fowler (Cortland, Ohio), born in Rimersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 15, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Fowler and Frances Louise Fowler (Mohney); his children, Randy Fowler and Jeanne Fowler; and his sister Kaye Hiles.
He is survived by: his spouse Joanne Craig; his children, Bonnie Barnes (Jamie) of Charleston, SC, Eric Fowler (Lesley) of Plano, TX and Terry Fowler (Lisa) of Warren; and his brother Rodney Fowler (Kathy) of Tennessee. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and a great grandson.
