She is survived by: her parent Mary Ann Bulick (Lattyak); and her children, MaryAnn Summerville (Al), Theresa Novak, Sherry Clark and Tammy Porterfield (Jimmy). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
