He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Urchek, John, Joseph, Michael and Paul; and his father Carl Kish.
He is survived by: his wife Claire Lake of Hartsgrove, Ohio; his children, Kathy Black (Andrew) of Canton, Susan (Thomas Kunkle) of Charleston, SC, Patrick (Terence Jackson) of New York, NY and Daniel of Arlington, VA; his grandchildren, Carolyn, Jillian Black, Walter, Jacob and Claire Kunkle; and his siblings, Thomas Kachur and Catherine Drawl. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
