She was predeceased by: her brothers, Ralph Archer and Charlie Archer; and her stepdaughter Charlene Miner. She is survived by: her parents, Clarence Archer and Bernice Archer (Sinn); her spouses, Raymond E. Smith and Clayton Verner; her brother Paul Archer (Berta) of New Mexico; her children, Doug Verner (Char) of Girard, Diane Smith (Ray) of Johnston Twp, Lorie Carpenter of Belmont, NC and Lynda Shaffer (Brad) of Johnston Twp; and her grandchildren, Doug Smith, Scott Verner, Matthew Carpenter and Jana Carpenter Swift. She is also survived by 71 children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
