He was predeceased by: his parent Warren Carlton. He is survived by: his parent Lorraine Perry Wortman Sr.; his grandparents, Joseph, Alice Wortman and Lakeview; his wife Lois J. Yoder Wortman; and his children, Marlene J. Weston (Tim) of Edgewater, Maryland and Warren K. Wortman (Jessica) of Canon City, Colo.. He is also survived by niece and several nephews and two granddogs.
