She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorsey Lacy and Kettie Lacy (Davis); her husband William "Bill" Adams; her son Michael McKenzie; and her siblings, Blanche Lacy, Cora Lacy, Dora Spiker and Willard Lacy.
She is survived by: her son Patrick McKenzie (Jeanne) of Warsaw; and her grandchildren, Erica Boose (Dave) of Galena, Molly Dunn (Scott) of Nashport, Gavin McKenzie of Denver and Jay Latham (Mandi) of Aken. She is also survived by 4 Great-grandchildren.
