She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Thomas and Hazel Thomas (Mizer); and her sister Joanne Ryan. She is survived by: her children, Lori Affolter (Steve) of Coshocton and Jerry Whitaker; and her grandson Jason K. Affolter of Coshocton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
