She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Barth and Evelyn Barth (Galion); her husband Richard Lee "Dick" Guthrie; her sister Joan; her brother-in-law Richard Simmons; her brother Neal; her sister-in-law Marianne Barth; and her son-in-law Steve Rosebrook.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Rosebrook of Marysville, Joni Peddicord (Randy) of Coshocton and Ann Epperson (Larry) of Quinlan, Texas; her grandchildren, Jennifer Havers (Blake), Lauren Cook (Brian), Lindsey Olinger (Chad), Kelsey Strieby (Ryan), Logan and Landon Epperson; and her great grandchildren, Nolan, Madison Cook, Wyatt Havers, Gracie, Annie, Cade Olinger, Will, Hudson and Grady Strieby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
