He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cullison and Rasalind Cullison (Mercer); his wife Wanda Stout; his stepchildren, Kathy Smith and Roger Glazer; and his son-in-law Terry Mounts.

He is survived by: his daughter Wanda Kay Mounts of West Lafayette; his stepchildren, Rick Glazer (Shirley) of Fresno and Candy Ethel (Don) of Warsaw; his granddaughter Tara; and his stepgrandchildren, Nichole, Heather, Corey, Blake, Andrea, Angela and Ashley.

Due to COVID19, masks are required.
