He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Norris and Olive Norris (Fountain); and his brothers, Vincent, Arthur and Jerry Norris.
He is survived by: his wife Vesta Norris (Adkins); and his children, Steven Norris of Coshocton, Rebecca Norris of Coshocton, Dan Norris (Susan) of Milton, WV, Lisa (Phillip) and Edwin Norris of Roscoe, IL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
