He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Courtright and Betty Courtright (Thornsley). He is survived by: his wife Melinda Courtright; his daughters, Ashley Davis of Cambridge and Brittany Yerkey (Tim) of Norwich; his stepdaughters, Brittany Hayes (Nathan) of Coshocton and Rachel Simpson of Coshocton; his grandsons, Aiden Davis and Charles "Charlie" Yerkey; his stepgrandsons, Masyn and Holdyn Hayes; and his brothers, Bernard of Coshocton, Stanley of Coshocton, Andy of Coshocton, Clarence (Arletta) of Coshocton and Kevin Courtright (Shirley) of Coshocton.
