He was predeceased by: his daughter Leigh Anne Booth; and his siblings, Tom Booth, Floyd Booth and Janice Elson. He is survived by: his spouse Carol Booth (Wohlheter); his children, Melissa Williams (Booth) of Lynchburg, VA and David Scott Booth of Coshocton; his grandchildren, Tyler, Skyler, Maegan, Denae and Mirra; his great grandchildren, Xander, Haylee and Lara; and his sisters, Carol Brill (John) and Diane Foster (William).
