He is survived by: his wife Teresa Carpenter (Donley); his children, Chad, Curtis, Barrett Carpenter and Stephanie Durben (Neal); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Shannon, John Durben, Caleb and Luke Carpenter; and his sisters, Joy Boley (Dave) and Betty "Sue" Langdon (Harley).
