He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schuler and Alma Jane Schuler (Still); his wife Marjorie; and his siblings, Bernice Garver, Harold Schuler, Eileen Welling, Mary Bintz and Francis Wade Schuler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Hemming (George) of Warsaw and Kim Gamertsfelder (Ken) of Coshocton; his grandchildren, Mike Hemming (Megan) of Coshocton, Katie Hemming of Navarre, Kristie Howard (Jordan) of North Carolina and Staci Kirker (Derrick) of Washington; and his great grandchildren, Payton, Cami Hemming, Carter and Miles Howard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
