He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis (Leach) and Don A.; and his sisters, Connie Grace and Carol Conger. He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Cochran); his daughters, Ashley Cox (Christopher) and Lacey Gustines (Chaz); his grandchildren, Delaney, Hudson Cox and Colton Gustines; and his stepgrandson Holland Gustines.
