He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick James and Lucille Pauline Andrews (Dunlap); his former wife Linda Lou Andrews (McCormick); his half-brother Jerome E. Andrews; and his sister Jean Farrar (Andrews).
He is survived by: his wife Toni Lynn Andrews (Wilson); his children, Karl James "KJ" of Coshocton, Jennifer Andrews of Coshocton, Michael Keith "Mike" of Coshocton and Kayley Andrews of Coshocton; and his great grandchild Warsaw of McDonald, PA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
