He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Jones and Lottie Jones (McCoy); his wife Marilyn Meek; his son Scott Matthew Jones; his brothers, Jerry and Tom Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Gene, Dick Meek and Shirley Meek.
He is survived by: his children, Anne Adams (Bruce) of Coshocton, Steven Jones (Joilynn) of Coshocton and Shawn Jones (Mark Askew) of Seattle, WA; his sister Darlene Berry (Jack) of Coshocton; his sisters-in-law, June Meek of Westerville and Diane Jones of Fredericktown; and his friend Jewell Terry. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
