It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fern Woodie (Coshocton, Ohio), who passed away on February 18, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Marjorie Wise (Sam); and her husbands, Sam G. Payne and Bower Woodie. She is survived by: her son Sam Payne of Coshocton; and her sibling's children, Pat Howell (Jim) of Pickerington, Barbara Emerson (Richard) of Warsaw and Larry Wise (Marjorie).
