He was predeceased by: his sister Clarabelle Carter; his brother-in-law Jack Carter; and his grandson Brett Rinehart. He is survived by: his children, Dean Rinehart (Judy) of Zanesville, Tamara Lewis (Duane) of Wooster, Krista Stoffer (Scott) of Coshocton and Dawn Tumblin (Larry) of Zanesville; his grandchildren, Lauren Rinehart, Deana Tumblin, Devin Rinehart, Kendal Miller (Justin), Geren Cunningham (Raymond), Ethan Lewis (Drianna), Brenner Lewis (Anna), Ty Stoffer (Kylie), Mackenzie Stoffer, Zachary Tumblin, Jericha Tumblin and Michaela Tumblin; and his sister Marjorie Happeney (Clarence).
