She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Newell and Helen Sickles Newell; her husband George Deeds; her siblings, Betty Tilton, Kenneth McFee and Kathy Sue McHenry Hardesty; and her grandchild Saban Matthew Harter.
She is survived by: her children, Theodore Newell, Terrie Harter, Robin Merideth, Tia Cumberledge (Joe), George J. Deeds Jr. and William Lee Deeds; and her siblings, Robert McFee (Donna), David McFee (Penny), Teddy Newell, William Newell (Ella), Donna Batista (Derlys) and Ruth Britt. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
