He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Jeremy Jacobs (Penny), Jennifer Bricker (Corbie), Tony Jacobs (Tammy), Becky Jacobs and Josh Jacobs (Samantha); and his siblings, Donnie Jacobs (Bonnie), Pam Gilmore (Tim), Curt Jacobs, Dave Jacobs, Brenda Millmine (Robert) and Mary Orr (John). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
