She was predeceased by: her parents, William McCoy and Mildred McCoy (Clark); her close friend C. Melvin "Mel" Cantrell; and her brother Terry McCoy. She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Phillips (Brent) of Coshocton and Christy Nicely (Sean) of Coshocton; her grandchildren, Samantha Grassbaugh (Trent), Tyler Nicely and Paige Nicely; and her siblings, Keith McCoy (Denise), Rodney McCoy, Dianne Adams (Chris) and Kevin McCoy (Amy). She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
