She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Denley and Olea Marcella Johnston (Kasun); her husband Edward F. Schlegel II; her son Edward F. Schlegel III; her mother-in-law Frances Schlegel; and her brother Robert Johnston.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Schlegel and Denley Schlegel (Diane) of Coshocton; her daughter-in-law Sue Schlegel of Piqua; her grandchildren, Kara Schlegel of Dayton, Erin Schlegel of Youngstown, Amy Schlegel of Chicago, IL, Jennifer Schlegel of Columbus, Stephen C. Schlegel of Dayton and Scott Schlegel (Katie) of Dresden; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Grant and Grace Schlegel; her sibling's children, Cheri Whipps, P. J. Schwartz, Suzy Schlegel, Scott Johnston, John Schlegel and Mike Schlegel; and her sister-in-law Dolly Johnston of Columbus.
