She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Petty and Mary Etta Petty (Wright); her husband William E. Unger; her children-in-law, Mark Everhart and Jackie Unger; her granddaughter Kelsey Joan Unger; and her siblings, Mary Jane Cora, Ed Petty, Betty Lou Deibel and Bill Petty.
She is survived by: her children, Joni Warren (Dave) of Catawba Island, OH, Tim Unger (Gail) of Fresno, Jayne Stephens (Cliff) of Brownstown, MI, Pam Eberwine of Coshocton, Annette Appis (Sam) of Coshocton, Tony Unger of Coshocton, Tom Unger (Shellie) of Shelby, OH and Jana Everhart of Coshocton. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Joan's family requests memorial contributions be directed to Sacred Heart School, 805 Main St., Coshocton, OH 43812; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
