She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Linton Godown and Agnes Lucille Foster (Jemison); her husband Robert T. Waterson; and her son Bob Carpenter. She is survived by: her children, Margaret "Becky" Melton (Ron) of Rutherfordton, NC, Nathan Carpenter of Las Vegas, NV, Martha Dodd (Marc Lanz) of Ft. Myers, FL and Carol Burrows (Randy) of Allentown, NJ; her stepsons, Tom Waterson (Pat) of Seville, OH, Ron Waterson (Dawn) of Taylorsville, KY and Bob Waterson; and her brothers, Steve Foster (Sally) of Warsaw, OH and Jerry Foster (Joanna) of San Antonio, TX.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
