He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny M. George and Grace George (Helton); his wife Helen Louise George; his son Billy George; and his brothers, Jimmy Joe George and Bill George.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Huhn (Rodney) of Zanesville and John George II (April) of Coshocton; his grandchildren, Tim Riggle (Shannon) of Mansfield, OH, Kerry Riggle (Heather Jenkins) of Zanesville, Mark Caynor of Zanesville, Benjamin George of New Jersey, Kayla George (Diego Sari) of New Jersey, Jacob George and Adam George of Coshocton; and his siblings, Danny George of Coshocton and Ann Caudill. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be directed towards the Coshocton Senior Center, 201 Browns Lane, Coshocton, Ohio 43812; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
