He is survived by: his wife Norma Mosley of Coshocton; his children, Stassa Harris (Tony) of Orrville, Tyrone Mosley (Karen) of Orrville, Stephanie Marks of Orrville, Nicole Mosley of North Carolina, Crystal Mosley of Virginia and Joseph M. Mosley of Wooster; and his siblings, Russell Mosley Sr., Darrell Mosley Sr., Helen Brown, Annie Pryor, Marilyn Hilton Sr., Sonya Mosley, Mavoureen Mosley, George Mosley Jr., James I, Mamie "Poochie" Miller and Patricia Davis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews Joseph was preceded in death by his parents.
