He was predeceased by: his father James Cooper; and his siblings, Ginger A. Moats and Kim Alan Cooper. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Cooper of Coshocton; his mother Barbara Cooper of Coshocton; his grandchildren, Syler Will and Zander Blake; and his brother Keith Cooper (Teresa) of Lake Havasu, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
