She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Cooper and Doris Nadine Cooper (Decker); and her brother Clyde Cooper. She is survived by: her daughters, Emmalee Garrett of Coshocton and Elizabeth Garrett of Coshocton; her granddaughter Aviana Wheeler; and her siblings, Viola Cooper, Gary, Carroll and Herbert Cooper.
