He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eloise Kose, Leland Harper and Elmore Harper; and his siblings-in-law, Prudence Harper, Martha Harper, Vera Kanuckel, Jack Kanuckel of Bill Kanuckel, L. W., Lynn Fischer and Jack Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Dunlop (John), Lisa DeMattio (Mike) and Jeff Harper (DeAnn); his grandchildren, Bess Dunlop, Sybil Wright (Mike), Kirk Harper and Kate Harper; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Piper; his stepgranddaughters, Jenny Wenger (Chuck), Kimmy Stockdale (Steve) and Angie Neff; his siblings-in-law, Karl Kose, Doris Randles, Patti Fischer Lewis and Phoebe Kanuckel; and his spouse Janet Harper (Kanuckel). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
