She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Madison and Doris Madison (Rainey); and her husband Howard R. Middaugh. She is survived by: her children, Missy Wright, Gary Wright (Brenda), Duane Wright (Kathy) and Steve Wright (Melanie); her grandchildren, Dustin Brown (Casey), Timika Stubbs (Jason), Matthew Wright, Gary Wright, Tracy Weese, William Weese, Zach Weese, Sarah Weese, K'ree Kelton (Ian), Ki Wright, Gabby Tarman, JJ Tarman, Ashely Rogers (William) and Skyler Wright; her siblings, Kenneth "Junior" Madison and Virginia Rice; and her daughter Tracy Wright. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Miller Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
