He is survived by: his parent Betty Joann Milligan (Smith); his daughters, Maranda Cress (James) of Coshocton and Tessa Green (Josh) of South Carolina; his former wife April Kise of Coshocton; his siblings, Carol Booth (David) of Coshocton, Larry Wohlheter (Joy) of Cambridge, Rodney Wohlheter of Coshocton, Dennis Wohlheter (Peggy) of Coshocton and Brett Milligan (Pam) of Coshocton; his grandchildren, Keyrston, Kandron, Kaedinse, Keyaira and Kayden; and his friends, Rollin Mathews and Vern Therault. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
